Installation imbalance: The loosening of the foot screws causes the whole machine to vibrate, and the transportation bolts are not removed to cause resonance.
3. Solution:
Adjust the foot screw until the level meter shows level, and use a torque wrench to tighten it in diagonal order.
Remove the rear cover and check the belt tension. If the slack exceeds 2cm, adjust the motor position or replace the belt; apply special grease to the bearing part.

1. Phenomenon: After the program ends, the door lock indicator light is still on, and the door body cannot be opened manually.
2. Cause analysis:
Failure of safety lock mechanism: the electromagnetic lock is locked continuously due to unreset of PTC thermistor, and the contact of door lock microswitch is oxidized.
Abnormal electronic control: the main control board door lock signal detection circuit failure, or poor wiring harness contact.
3. Solution:
Wait 15 minutes after the power is off, tap the door lock position to reset the auxiliary PTC element cooling.
Use a multimeter to detect the on-off state of the door lock micro switch. The oxidized contacts need to be polished with sandpaper; for electronic faults, check the wiring harness connection status, and replace the main control board if necessary.

1. Phenomenon: When opening the door, you can smell obvious musty or rancid smell.
2. Cause analysis:

3. Solution:
Perform the cylinder cleaning procedure every month: put in the special cleaning agent, and select the high temperature washing mode of 90 ℃ to run for 2 hours.
Use a dry towel to wipe the rubber ring gap after daily use to keep the door seal dry; clean the drain pump filter regularly.

2. Cause analysis:
Sealing system failure: the rubber pad of the water inlet pipe is aged and cracked, and the sealing ring of the drain pipe interface is deformed.
Crack of barrel body: slight crack occurs at the welding part of outer barrel due to vibration, or the lifting rib of inner barrel falls off and scratches the inner wall.
3. Solution:
The water inlet pipe is replaced every 2 years, and the threaded interface is wrapped with raw material tape to enhance the sealing.
If any crack is found in the barrel body, stop it immediately and contact professionals to repair it by argon arc welding. Scratches on the inner barrel can be repaired with AB glue.
